Doormen

This is the first apartment I've lived in that has doormen. They are great to have around. The only problem is that I don't know what to tip them. Anyone else have doormen? I have about eight of them. There are usually two on duty and they all have shifts. There really are only two guys that I normally deal with. Do I only give these two guys a bonus at the end of the year and stiff the others? What is a normal cash amount? I don't live in the Waldorf, so I hope that it is not a ton of money. I just have no clue. So far everyone I've asked has no clue either. I don't mind paying them as they really are worth something.
