The obsession with leadership which has directed public life for the past twenty years or so seems to have caused more problems for everybody than has been documented. "http://iwf-ireland.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=28" I think there are many people who would refuse a "top job" these days, considering the sad quality of life such jobs entail.
